You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed to keep it current.

4. Business Listings

Submitting a Listing: By submitting a business listing, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to submit such information. All submissions are subject to review and approval by our team.

Claiming a Listing: By claiming a listing, you represent that you are the owner or an authorized representative of the business. We reserve the right to verify ownership and may decline claims that cannot be verified.

Listing Content: You are solely responsible for the content of your listing, including descriptions, images, and business details. You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

Removal: We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that violate these terms or that we believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, or inappropriate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.
